How we tested RUBOX ballistic blocks

Into 30 cm wall we have tested with the following ammunition– 9mm LUGER FMJ 90GRAIN, 9mm LUGER FMJ 124 GRAIN, 5,45×39 mm FMJ 60 GRAIN, 5,56×45 mm FMJ 62 GRAIN, 5,56×45 mm FMJ 55 GRAIN, 7,62×39 mm FMJ 123 GRAIN, 338 LAPUA 285 GRAIN, 50 BMG 750 gr A-MAX®️ Match

In all of tests the RUBOX ballistic blocks absorbed bullets without richochet at very low angles. We have made tests at angles from 15 to 90 degrees.

RUBOX ACTIVERUB BALLISTIC BLOCKS

RUBOX ballistic rubber is currently the most modern ballistic material in the world. Structure of the balistic rubber  automatically seals itself after the bullets enters the material. That causes that even after firing 3,000 of the bullets into a 20 cm diameter area the RUBOX blocks are still safe to fire into.

RUBOX BALLISTIC GRANULATE

A specially developed mineral mixture which insures the total loos of the kinetic energy of the bullets. The temperature caused by the stopping of the bullets is also absorbed. Finally it is possible to separate the bullets waste from the rest of the granulate. The granulate is also humidity and temperature resistant.

DISMANTLING

It is very easy, simple and quick to dismanle and clean the bullet waste from the granulate. Also when it is necessary it is very easy to replace block for a new one. For all of our dealers, agents and customers we can provide training for the handling of the RUBOX system and servicing at sight of the user.
